Overview

The Senior HR Business Analyst - Reporting & Analytics will partner with the Center of Excellence on the development of business requirements for plan design and changes, managing the build and delivery of HR programs.

Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of experience or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree.
• 2-4 years of Project Management experience.
• 1-3 years of HR Tech or ERP implementation experience.
• 1-3 years of HR data analysis & visualization experience using tools like Tableau or PowerBi.
• Excellent relationship-building skills.
