Overview

The Senior Director, Change Enablement is responsible for overseeing and driving large-scale change initiatives within Ascension, ensuring associates are equipped to adapt to new processes and systems.

Requirements

• High School diploma with 5 years of experience or Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred.
• 7-10 years of experience in change management.
• Strong business acumen and organizational skills.
• Previous experience in a complex/matrixed organization.
• Ability to collaborate and create consensus.
