Overview

The Sr. Director, Associate Engagement is responsible for aligning work across Ascension creating Moments that Matter through the way we work, overseeing and designing strategies that create an environment for associate flourishing.

In Short

  • Full Time/8-Hour Day Shift, Monday-Friday
  • Remote position
  • Leads human resources strategies for associate engagement and culture

  • Defines effectiveness of engagement strategies and adapts as needed

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent with 5 years of experience, or Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience
  • 7 years of experience required, 10 years preferred
  • Strong business acumen and change management skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Experience in complex organizations
  • Ability to collaborate and create consensus
