Talent Advisor - Remote

Overview

The Talent Advisor will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies to meet organizational hiring goals while working closely with hiring managers and HR partners.

In Short

• Full-time position, Monday - Friday 9am-6pm.
• Remote work with occasional on-site hiring events in Austin, TX.
• Develop recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Research and source candidates using advanced search techniques.
• Consult with hiring managers to clarify job objectives and requirements.
• Perform targeted searches to generate candidate leads.
• Work with HR and Compensation teams to identify salary guidelines.
• Extend offers to candidates based on recruitment outcomes.
• Prior experience in recruitment is preferred.
• Must reside within 50 miles of Austin, TX.

Requirements

• High School diploma with 2 years of experience or Associate's/Bachelor's degree.
• At least 2 years of previous recruitment experience preferred.
