Senior HR Reporting & Analytics Associate - Remote

Overview

The Senior HR Reporting & Analytics Associate will provide functional and technical support for DTCC’s HR Reporting and Analytics portfolio, ensuring tools and processes meet evolving business needs.

In Short

• Provide day-to-day support in compiling and visualizing workforce data.
• Design and deliver dashboards and reports for HR partners.
• Support customers in determining reporting needs and solutions.
• Drive self-service reporting through automation.
• Troubleshoot reporting-related issues.
• Liaise with partners to ensure data accuracy.
• Maintain HR Technology and Operations portfolio integrity.
• Lead projects and contribute to business requirements gathering.
• Develop and maintain training for end-users.
• Coordinate analytical support on ad-hoc projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience with Power Apps and Power BI DAX.
• Knowledge of Oracle HCM and reporting tools.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Attention to detail and analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage dynamic workloads and changing priorities.
