Overview

As a member of the Governance and Reporting Team, the Senior Associate will lead high-impact projects within Enterprise Services, leveraging data analysis to deliver strategic insights and informed recommendations.

In Short

  • Manage metrics, dashboards, and reports to monitor organizational health.
  • Recommend, build, and implement tools for data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements for BI solutions.
  • Execute data analysis to identify trends and actionable insights.
  • Manage multiple projects through the full lifecycle.
  • Foster a collaborative environment promoting teamwork.
  • Maintain a strong focus on stakeholder needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of related experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Hands-on experience with BI tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint.
