Security Analytics Senior Associate - Remote

Overview

The Security Analytics Senior Associate will be responsible for the development, implementation, and management of comprehensive reporting systems and business metrics that support the organization's decision-making process.

In Short

• Develop and manage a suite of business reports and dashboards that provide insight into key data and metrics
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used for reporting purposes
• Lead the design and implementation of reporting tools and platforms
• Oversee the creation of automated reporting processes to enhance efficiency
• Manage and mentor a team of reporting analysts
• Provide training and support to end-users on reporting tools and dashboards
• Analyze existing reports and processes for continuous improvement opportunities
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track organizational performance
• Ensure compliance with data governance and reporting standards
• Stay abreast of industry trends and developments in reporting and analytics

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of related experience
• Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years in developing and managing reporting frameworks within CoE IT governance
• Poise, confidence, adaptability and effective influencing skills
• Recent experience leveraging enterprise-grade analytics/reporting solutions
• Effective interpersonal skills and ability to operate among diverse cultures
• Executing analysis using SQL, R/Python, or other statistical programming languages
• Working knowledge of various statistical modeling techniques
