Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience
• Mastery of UI/UX principles and design tools
• Interaction design skills
• A strong portfolio in UX and visual design
• Natural leadership abilities
• Fluent in translating stakeholder goals into simple UIs
• Passionate about design trends
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable with ambiguity
• Motivated by feedback
