Overview

As a Design Lead at adjoe, you will own and evolve the design vision, create a design roadmap, and build a top-notch design team while collaborating with various teams to enhance user experience.

In Short

Own and evolve design vision.
Create and execute a design roadmap.
Build and scale a design team.
Establish user-focused design processes.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales teams.
Measure success with design metrics.

Requirements

5+ years in product design, 1+ year leading a design team.
Strong UX skills and user research expertise.
Hands-on experience in Figma.
Compelling portfolio showcasing problem-solving.
Experience in B2B & B2C, adTech, or loyalty programs.
Background in mobile-first solutions is a plus.
Experience designing dashboards or analytical tools is a plus.
