Requirements

• Tech degree or 5 years of experience in data science.
• 2+ years as a Lead with hiring experience.
• Strong knowledge of Python, R, Scala, or Julia.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Experience with large datasets from various sources.
• Ability to explain complex topics simply.
• Excellent cross-team communication skills.
• Experience in building a Data Science tech stack is a plus.
