Legal Analyst - Remote

Overview

Grammarly is seeking a Legal Analyst to join its Legal team, contributing to legal infrastructure and contract negotiations.

In Short

• Triage a high volume of daily contract-related inquiries.
• Review, draft, and negotiate various supplier and vendor contracts.
• Respond to inquiries regarding terms in existing contracts.
• Work with Legal Operations to support the Legal team's use of technology tools.
• Develop and maintain contract templates and negotiation playbooks.
• Assist with special projects for the Legal team.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in contract negotiation and management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Process-oriented mindset with experience in contracting workflows.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Familiarity with Ironclad and Streamline is a plus.
