Overview

Portfolio Advisors, LLC is seeking a Legal Analyst to support the legal team with a wide variety of legal, compliance, administrative and organizational responsibilities.

In Short

• Handle corporate governance and record-keeping matters.
• Prepare, review and track standard corporate agreements.
• Assist with managing the quarterly fund closings process.
• Lead efforts on foreign office formations and compliance.
• Organize and maintain legal documents and contracts.
• Review and track invoices from vendors and external counsel.
• Work on special projects and firm initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year accredited college/university.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• Eagerness to learn about legal and compliance work.
