Legal Analyst - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Paralegal, either with a Company/Commercial focus or Corporate focus, to join our legal team based in London lead by our Chief Legal Officer.

In Short

• Provide administrative support to the Legal team and Executive team.
• Maintain corporate records for UK entities within the Forterro® group.
• Manage internal signing processes and coordinate signatures for documents.
• Assist with obtaining notarised/legalised documents as required.
• Coordinate KYC resources for corporate or financial transactions.
• Provide contract support for standard corporate agreements.
• Review non-disclosure agreements.
• Support corporate board or constitutional changes.
• Develop and maintain internal file systems and processes.
• Provide general paralegal and administrative support as needed.

Requirements

• Strong academic background, legal background desirable but not essential.
• 12+ months of administrative or paralegal experience.
• Familiarity with UK company law, commercial law, or employment law is desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, DocuSign, and Adobe/PDF.
• Experience with legal research and drafting is beneficial.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work proactively and under pressure.
• Self-management and handling conflicting priorities is essential.
