Senior Payroll Analyst - Remote

Overview

Cribl is a remote-first company looking for a motivated Senior Payroll Analyst to join our payroll team, reporting directly to the Head of Global Payroll.

In Short

• Prepare and process end-to-end multi-state payroll for ~600 employees in both U.S. and Canada using ADP WorkForceNow.
• Ensure compliance with multi-state payroll tax laws.
• Process incoming tax notices and various state and local tax requirements.
• Assist in global payroll processing using Ernst & Young Global Payroll Operate.
• Process commissions, bonuses, and stock equity transactions.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Legal to optimize payroll processes.
• Support payroll system implementations and upgrades.
• Participate in SOX audits and reviews.
• Respond to inquiries from various stakeholders.
• Analyze data using Excel functions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of US multi-state and Canada payroll experience.
• 3+ years of experience with ADP Workforce Now.
• Experience using Workday Payroll, HRIS, and Benefit modules.
• Familiarity with foreign currencies and fx rates.
• Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
