Senior Payroll Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Senior Payroll Analyst will primarily be responsible for all day-to-day payroll activities for all US and international payrolls, partnering with Finance and HR groups to effect change and complete special projects aligned with company-wide goals.

In Short

• Coordinate, audit, produce, and approve bi-weekly payroll for multi-state US and international payroll.
• Maintain data integrity of payroll applications.
• Reconcile and compute pay for new hires and pay/hour changes.
• Reconcile quarterly 941s and annual W-2 reporting.
• Communicate and escalate issues and risks in a timely manner.
• Establish and maintain process documentation.
• Work with payroll provider tax services for state and local taxes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of payroll experience.
• Experience using Workday and/or ADP preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of US payroll tax laws.
• Attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
