Senior Global Payroll Analyst - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Global Payroll Analyst-Remote Manila with strong problem-solving abilities to join our team. This role is ideal for an individual with experience in Tier 3 payroll escalation management, who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and has a deep understanding of payroll processes for both the US and Canada.

In Short

• Manage and resolve Tier 3 payroll escalations, ensuring the accurate and timely resolution of complex payroll issues.
• Review and validate US and Canada pay slips, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
• Conduct retro payment calculations and ensure the correct implementation of retroactive adjustments in payroll.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with ADP Globalview payroll system for processing and data analysis.
• Support the tax filing process for the US and Canada, ensuring all applicable filings are completed accurately and on time.
• Oversee the processing and management of payroll overpayments, ensuring accurate reconciliation and recovery actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure payroll data integrity and compliance with tax and labor laws.
• Provide insights and recommendations for improving payroll processes and resolving issues efficiently.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Tier 3 payroll escalation management or similar advanced payroll roles.
• Strong understanding of US and Canada payroll, including pay slip review and retro payment calculations.
• Hands-on experience with ADP Globalview payroll system.
• Solid understanding of tax filing procedures for both US and Canada.
• Experience managing overpayments processing and recovery.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and remotely, managing priorities effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
