Overview

As a Senior Payroll Analyst within our Client Success Department, you will manage the entry and update of payroll data across diverse systems, ensuring accuracy and seamless integration.

In Short

• Engage with clients to clarify data discrepancies and understand their system configurations.
• Daily entry and updating of payroll data across various systems.
• Perform quality assurances (QAs) of payroll data to maintain high standards of integrity.
• Conduct detailed audits to identify and correct discrepancies in payroll data.
• Collaborate with customer and internal support teams to troubleshoot data discrepancies.
• Analyze customer inquiries leveraging knowledge of payroll and the GoCo platform.
• Continuously assess and refine processes and workflows to improve efficiency.
• Contribute to the creation and updating of procedural documents and training materials.
• Maintain strict adherence to legal requirements and security protocols.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in payroll, HR, or a similar data entry role.
• Meticulous with data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Familiarity with various payroll systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Capable of identifying issues and formulating effective solutions.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
• Maintains a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
