Overview

As a Senior Payroll Analyst at Docker, you will support the company’s rapid growth by ensuring timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions and collaborating with various departments.

• Assist and lead in processing US multi-state and Global payroll.
• Address inquiries related to payroll.
• Manage payroll month-end close activities.
• Process personnel transactions in the payroll system.
• Submit payroll changes to international providers.
• Oversee payroll filing and compliance requirements.
• Research and implement new payroll rules and regulations.
• Establish relationships with third-party processing providers.
• Improve internal controls and payroll processes.
• Assist with annual financial audits.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle payroll experience.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes and internal controls.
• Understanding of month-end close and financial statements.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.
• Confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
• Experience with Netsuite, ADP, and BambooHR preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite.
• Advanced Excel skills.
