Overview

As a Senior Payroll Analyst you will be responsible for the timely, accurate, and compliant processing of payroll for our employees in the Latin America and Canada region.

In Short

• Perform end-to-end payroll processing for employees in Mexico, Costa Rica, and Canada.
• Collect and verify payroll data from various sources.
• Generate payroll reports for internal use and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
• Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees and management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Human Resources.
• Experience with multi-region payroll processing preferred.
• Familiarity with Workday and ADP Celergo.
• Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
