Overview

The Distribution Partner Account Manager (DPAM) is responsible for managing and enhancing the relationship with key pan-EMEA distributors, driving sales and ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.

  • Maintains focus on distributor inventory metrics.

  • Partners with marketing teams to execute strategic programs.
  • Manages a virtual team of colleagues.
  • Participates in setting quarterly rebate targets.
  • Self-starter with strong relationship-building skills.

Requirements

  • Degree level education or equivalent experience.
  • Fluent in English and some local languages.
  • Optimistic and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Experienced in solution selling and advanced technology.
  • Able to travel regularly across the region.
  • Strong MS Excel and problem-solving skills.
  • Influential leader with relationship-building skills.
