Overview

The Distribution Account Manager, APAC leads and manages an assigned base of APAC Managed Service Providers (MSP’s) to drive sales activity that delivers incremental growth and market share.

In Short

  • Manage and grow assigned MSP partners through direct distribution management.
  • Identify trends and analyze behaviors leading to new opportunities.
  • Conduct partner-specific business reviews.
  • Travel to visit partners and attend industry events.
  • Ownership of distribution planning for a strong MSP experience.
  • Identify growth potential within territory and invest in partners.
  • Inspire partners with the NinjaOne value proposition.
  • Advocate for partners by communicating customer requirements internally.
  • Report and escalate territory risks.
  • Maintain technical knowledge of NinjaOne products.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of demonstrated Channel Sales experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven sales professional with the ability to inspire others.
  • Strong understanding of the MSP partner community.
  • Familiarity with SaaS sales motions.
  • Polished communicator who can translate technical features into business benefits.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com and PowerBI.
  • Use analytical skills and business acumen to identify problems and improve relationships.
  • Provide effective onboarding for new partners.
  • Establish trust-based relationships with executive leadership.
