Overview

A Distribution Account Manager (DAM) is responsible for developing, managing, and growing relationships with key distribution partners to drive revenue growth, market penetration, and partner satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in channel sales or distribution management.
  • Strong knowledge of indirect sales models.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue through distribution channels.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset and proficiency with CRM tools.
  • Experience with international distribution models.
  • Knowledge of local/regional market and competitive landscape.
