Overview

The Mid-Market Account Executive role focuses on driving revenue in new accounts and expanding presence in existing customers, addressing commercial accounts with high potential value.

In Short

  • Outbound identification and development of opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Follow up on inbound leads to qualify and manage through the sales cycle.
  • Close new opportunities with internal support and/or partner involvement.
  • Maintain a pipeline of opportunities through the sales cycle.
  • Manage customer and opportunity data in Salesforce.
  • Build and maintain strong customer and partner relationships.

Requirements

  • Experience in Customer Centric Selling using a modern sales methodology.
  • Strong marketing orientation with lead generation tool experience.
  • Able to execute a prospecting and sales plan within the territory.
  • Strong influencing ability at all levels.
  • Ability to build communities and relationships within the territory.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and be proactive.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales goals.
  • 2–4-year college degree.
  • 2-4 years of Business Development and/or Inside Sales experience.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com, Windows, and MS Office.
