Staff Product Designer - Remote

Overview

This role involves designing complex digital products with a focus on user experience and global considerations, while working within a diverse and collaborative team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product design experience, end-to-end ownership of complex digital products
• Strong UX strategy and systems thinking — ecosystem view, not just individual screens
• Technical literacy: Git, developer workflows, design-to-code handoff
• Strong cross-functional communication
• E-commerce, marketplace, fintech, or gaming background is a strong advantage
• Genuine curiosity about games and player purchasing behaviour
