Requirements

• 6+ years of product design experience.
• 2+ years in a staff or principal-level role.
• Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder products.
• Skilled in responsive web design and mobile applications.
• Proficient with design tools like Figma.
• Strong AI fluency in design workflows.
• Deep experience with user research methodologies.
• Exceptional brand sensibility and visual taste.
• Experience building design systems.
• Ability to communicate design decisions clearly.
