Requirements

• 2+ years of experience leading Design teams in a consumer internet company or a consumer-quality SaaS company.
• 5+ years of product design experience, including individual contribution.
• Highly skilled in responsive web design and native mobile applications.
• Proficient with design tools like Figma, Maze, etc.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Build strong User Research practices.
• Strong communication skills and storytelling ability.
• Clear creative direction with hands-on detail orientation.
