In Short

• Lead design strategy for complex, cross-product initiatives.
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Executive Leadership.
• Champion user-centered design principles and Jobs-to-be-Done methodology.
• Identify and drive opportunities for design innovation.
• Own end-to-end design for complex product initiatives.
• Lead discovery research initiatives to understand customer needs.
• Build strong relationships with cross-functional partners.
• Mentor and coach designers to grow their skills.
• Establish and refine design processes for efficiency.
• Contribute to design operations initiatives and metrics.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio.
• 3+ years leading large-scale design initiatives.
• Experience designing for non-technical users.
• Proficiency in user-centered design processes.
• Strong foundation in Jobs-to-be-Done methodology.
• Expertise in modern design tools (Figma preferred).
• Exceptional ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in SaaS industry, particularly B2B enterprise software.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field.
