Overview

The Director of Infrastructure at Nuvalent is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the enterprise infrastructure, overseeing support operations, and collaborating with various stakeholders to optimize IT infrastructure and integrate emerging technologies.

• Manage and evolve the IDM environment.

• Administer Microsoft 365/Azure and AWS environments.
• Oversee IT support operations and manage MSP relationships.
• Establish IT support KPIs and ensure continuous improvement.
• Develop ITIL-based help desk processes.
• Support SOX and GxP activities.
• Architect and maintain hybrid cloud and on-premises IT infrastructure.
• Support networking, backup, and disaster recovery planning.
• Manage enterprise-level platforms and applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a regulated environment (SOX, GxP).
• Experience with AWS and Azure platforms.
• Knowledge of IaaS and networking solutions.
• Experience with Storage, Backup, and Disaster Recovery Solutions.
• Knowledge of automation via PowerShell or scripting languages.
• Experience with identity management and Microsoft 365.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity concepts.
• Experience with Jira Service Management preferred.
• Ability to manage support operations and ensure customer satisfaction.
