Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 7+ years managing business applications and operations.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce, NetSuite, and business automation tools.
• Proven track record of optimizing business processes through technology.
• Experience in cross-functional leadership for operational improvements.
• Strong project management skills.
• Familiarity with compliance and risk management best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
