Overview

As a Business Operations Manager at RemoFirst, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with local EORs in the APAC region, ensuring exceptional service delivery and maximizing value for clients.

In Short

• Create & optimize processes within the Operations Department.
• Monitor performance metrics and improve stakeholder onboarding.
• Ensure efficient platform usage among stakeholders.
• Develop strategies for operational efficiency.
• Cooperate closely with Customer Success on escalations.
• Oversee planning and organization of fiscal documentation.
• Design solutions to resolve client concerns.
• Analyze operational data for improvement strategies.
• Establish effective communication channels within departments.
• Track daily escalations in the operations department.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in EOR or client-facing HR tech.
• 2-5 years in HR or employment law across APAC jurisdictions.
• Ability to build processes and programs from scratch.
• 1-3 years of project management experience.
• Multilingual skills are a plus.
