In Short

• Coordinate annual corporate obligations and regulatory compliance.
• Review, draft, negotiate, and execute commercial agreements.
• Support international expansion projects with local counsel.
• Assist with immigration and global mobility compliance.
• Conduct legal and regulatory research on employment models.
• Support employment-related matters and sensitive employee issues.
• Maintain and improve internal legal trackers and databases.
• Contribute to process optimization and knowledge management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law or Legal Studies.
• 3-5 years of relevant legal experience in a corporate or compliance role.
• Strong understanding of corporate governance and employment matters.
• Experience with EOR/PEO models preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and proactive work ethic.
• Comfortable collaborating across global time zones.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
