RemoFirst is seeking a results-driven Customer Marketing Manager to design and execute programs that enhance customer engagement and retention, contributing to the company's growth in a fully remote environment.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in Customer or Lifecycle Marketing.
• Strong understanding of customer journeys and NRR growth levers.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Experience with email campaigns and customer newsletters.
• Analytical mindset with familiarity in CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
