As a Business Operations Manager at Pair Team, you will serve as the analytical backbone to multiple organizations, generating insights and implementing initiatives to achieve growth targets.

• Collaborate with Operations leadership to develop processes and reports.

Requirements

• 4+ years in business operations, consulting, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with a record of driving change.
• Organized with high attention to detail.
• Self-starter mindset with high ownership.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI.
