In Short

• Work closely with the leadership team to identify, develop, and implement new strategic initiatives.
• Provide strategic insight to complex, cross-functional efforts.
• Spearhead the development and execution against detailed project plans.
• Establish, track, and report on KPIs to measure success.
• Leverage data and business insights for operational needs.
• Support evaluation of strategic opportunities.
• Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities.
• Contribute to Board meeting materials and investor presentations.
• Jump in to help solve critical challenges.

Requirements

• BA or BS degree.
• 6–8 years of experience in consulting, business operations, or corporate strategy.
• Proven track record of delivering results.
• Strategic, structured problem-solver.
• Ability to operate autonomously and influence stakeholders.
• Capable of owning details while keeping the big picture in mind.
• Adaptable to shifting priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly proficient with G Suite and macOS.
