Overview

As a Director of Business Development at Helix, you will be responsible for expanding germline clinico-genomic business with Life Science customers, focusing on building commercial partnerships.

In Short

• Develop and execute a strategy for growing Helix's presence among life sciences companies.
• Generate new leads and business opportunities.
• Educate prospects and clients on the business value of Helix's offerings.
• Serve as the key point of contact between Helix and partners.
• Develop relationships to drive new growth.
• Maintain accurate account intelligence in SFDC.
• Work closely with Partner Success and Research teams.
• Travel up to 60% of the time.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in business development in life sciences.
• Track record of negotiating multimillion dollar deals.
• Strong network with key decision makers in biopharma.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Deep understanding of healthcare data products.
• BA or BS required.
