Overview

As a Dedicated Advisor, you will work with the Partnerships team on the successful implementation, launch, and scaling of Helix’s population genomics partners, which include leading health systems from across the country.

In Short

  • Support the successful onboarding, implementation, launch, and scaling of Helix’s partners.
  • Understand partners’ needs and identify areas for improvement.
  • Serve as the go-to source of knowledge for partners.
  • Define and manage project work plans for stakeholders.
  • Help develop a programmatic approach to partner onboarding.
  • Identify and solve issues creatively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  • Gather insights from partners to inform product roadmap.
  • Report on partnership health metrics.
  • Drive internal scalability and partner value.

Requirements

  • 4 – 6 years of experience in healthcare program management.
  • Process and workflow expertise.
  • Knowledge of healthcare and life sciences markets.
  • Excellent collaboration skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
