Chief Medical Officer - Remote

Overview

The Chief Medical Officer will lead the clinical strategy for Helix, enabling the organization to leverage actionable insights for improved healthcare outcomes.

In Short

• Lead the Clinical organization including Clinical Genomics, Medical Affairs, Research, and Quality.
• Define and execute strategy for evidence generation.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements.
• Partner with commercial and product organizations.
• Communicate effectively with partners and stakeholders.
• Engage with biopharma and provider partners on various topics.
• Be an active member of the Senior Leadership Team.
• Flexible leader with hands-on execution capabilities.
• 10+ years of experience in drug discovery or clinical development.
• MD with subspecialty training in precision medicine.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in biopharma or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience with Real World Evidence (RWE).
• MD with subspecialty training in Cardiology, Endocrine, Oncology, Pathology, or Medical Genetics.
• Research experience is ideal (PhD/MPH or post-doctoral training).
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
