Requirements

• MD degree required; advanced degrees desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• At least 5 years in a strategic leadership role.
• 8-10 years of experience in healthcare delivery.
• Ability to anticipate healthcare trends.
• High level of emotional intelligence.
• Deep understanding of healthcare management.
• Proven track record in results and accountability.
• Experience building high-performing clinical teams.
• Strong communication skills.
