We partner with providers to take a complete approach to healthier aging through patient-specific bioidentical hormone replacement therapy and the only nutraceutical line created specifically to support hormone health.

In Short

• Serve as an active member of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT).
• Collaborate with ELT members to ensure clinical priorities are integrated into company-wide initiatives.
• Develop and oversee the company’s clinical strategies.
• Provide guidance on clinical decision-making and patient care standards.
• Collaborate with the executive team to shape the company’s long-term strategic direction.
• Lead clinical operations, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Partner with sales, marketing, and R&D teams for product development.
• Act as a liaison between the organization and external stakeholders.
• Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in clinical practice.
• Exceptional ability to inspire and lead multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO) with active licensure.
• Board certification in a relevant specialty.
• Advanced degree in business or healthcare administration preferred.
• Proven experience overseeing clinical programs.
• Deep understanding of therapeutic wellness or related fields.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance.
• Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
• Visionary mindset with analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate complex medical concepts effectively.
• Passion for improving patient outcomes.
