Chief Medical Officer - Remote

Overview

The Chief Medical Officer is responsible for providing medical oversight, direction, and leadership to the medical staff regarding all areas of healthcare for the Middle East.

• Lead quality development and clinical governance agendas.
• Serve as the chair of the Medical Executive Committee (MEC).
• Oversee hospital committees and ensure reports are submitted.
• Maintain peer reviews of medical charts.
• Provide direction on clinical case management.
• Supervise all healthcare providers.
• Provide leadership for physician services programs.
• Participate in the development of administrative policies.
• Provide medical consultation and training.
• Ensure compliance with government audits.

Requirements

• Current and unrestricted medical license.
• Graduated from an approved medical school.
• Board certified in relevant medical fields.
• Current BLS, PALS, and ACLS certification.
• DEA license required.
• Must be able to relocate to Qatar.
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident required.
• Must maintain a valid passport.
• Minimum of three years in a healthcare leadership role.
• Experience in a military or government contracting environment preferred.
