Overview

The Project Analyst will support the US Department of Veterans Affairs by overseeing contract performance, managing quality assurance, and coordinating communication among stakeholders.

In Short

  • Provide centralized remote support to the VA Dental Pilot Program.
  • Act as the single accountable Point of Contact for contract oversight.
  • Compile and prepare reports and correspondence for mandated reporting.
  • Coordinate meetings and training sessions for mobile clinic operations.
  • Provide bi-weekly updates and monthly progress reports.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and implement quality control measures.
  • Attend required training sessions and comply with VA privacy laws.
  • Support technical kick-off meetings and project scheduling.
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality assurance standards.
  • Complete organizational compliance education as required.

Requirements

  • 3 years of professional experience in medical or federal contracting.
  • Experience guiding contract performance and compliance with VA policies.
  • Experience as a single accountable point of contact for contracts.
  • Familiarity with medical software and project management activities.
  • Knowledge of federal policies like Medicare and HIPAA.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
  • Pass/possess VA Public Trust Clearance.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Physical ability to perform typical office work.
