The Contract Medical Recruiter at International SOS is responsible for driving the full-cycle talent acquisition process, providing high-level customer service, and creating a positive candidate experience.

Requirements

• Experience with standard recruiting tools and ATS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in healthcare recruitment preferred.
• Strong networking and sourcing skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5-7 years of experience.
• Knowledge of local and regional labor laws.
• Experience with SmartRecruiter or similar systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and make sound decisions.
