Overview

The project analyst is responsible for running projects related to New Product Development (NPD) processes, new part releases, product data structure, product master data management, tools, and operational efficiency globally for the company.

In Short

  • Support standardized project management rigor on global product development related projects.
  • Responsible for timely and successful implementation of global projects.
  • Support tools for project tracking and cross-country, cross-functional collaboration.
  • Participate in cross-functional alignment efforts across developing common processes and data structure.
  • Act as a point of contact for troubleshooting and issue resolution related to outstanding projects.
  • Assist with new product rollouts and coordinate communications internally.
  • Coordinate training sessions for end-users and support teams.
  • Manage KPIs for project status and progress, and launch success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management ideally in the automotive aftermarket or industrial distribution.
  • Proven track record in process improvement and managing new product releases.
  • Familiarity with automotive aftermarket and parts distribution is preferred.
  • Strong work ethic and self-driven.
  • Comfortable with performance scorecards and KPIs.
  • Able to operate in a fast-moving, matrixed, and remote-first environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience working with data and content via various systems.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish preferred.
