Overview

The project analyst is responsible for running projects related to New Product Development (NPD), new part release, product data structure, product master data management, tools, and operational efficiency globally for the company.

In Short

  • Support standardized project management rigor on global product development related projects.
  • Responsible for timely and successful implementation of global projects.
  • Support tools for project tracking and collaboration.
  • Participate in cross-functional alignment efforts.
  • Act as a point of contact for troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Assist with new product rollouts and coordinate communications.
  • Coordinate training sessions for end-users.
  • Manage KPIs for project status and progress.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of project management experience in automotive aftermarket or industrial distribution.
  • Proven track record in process improvement and project tracking.
  • Familiarity with automotive aftermarket and parts distribution preferred.
  • Strong work ethic and self-driven.
  • Comfortable with performance scorecards and KPIs.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
