• Navigate and streamline dependencies and processes to ensure product launches deliver significant business impact.
• Lead multiple cross-functional EPD programs that deliver innovative technical solutions.
• Serve as the key liaison across various teams aligning diverse stakeholders.
• Monitor program progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Drive adoption of new processes and standards within EPD.
• Own and optimize EPD’s rituals and processes around metrics monitoring.
• Support the Sr. Director of EPD Operations to drive speed and effectiveness.

Requirements

• 7+ years in market/product strategy, product management, or business operations.
• Strong experience in healthcare technology and startup/growth company work.
• Experience running large-scale projects and balancing priorities.
• Expertise in using qualitative insights and quantitative findings for market analysis.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills with strong technical understanding.
• Strong people/relationship skills and high EQ.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• MBA or related graduate degree a plus.
