Overview

As a key member of the commercial team at Helix, you will drive the adoption of innovative diagnostics solutions within the Helix Research Network, focusing on strategy and execution.

In Short

  • Create and execute strategies that drive adoption of Helix testing services.
  • Establish productive relationships with key personnel in partner accounts.
  • Lead partner planning processes to develop performance objectives and financial targets.
  • Develop strategic selling presentations using product knowledge.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline in the CRM system.
  • Meet assigned sales volume and strategic objectives.
  • Travel required (50%).

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years in a customer-facing diagnostics role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Advanced science degree preferred.
  • Deep understanding of the genomics industry.
  • Strong track record of meeting sales goals.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and navigate change.
  • High level of analytical thinking and attention to detail.
