Overview

The Account Lead is a critical role within the Customer Success department that owns a named roster of key, preferred accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and driving business growth.

In Short

  • Own a portfolio of key accounts and cultivate strategic relationships.
  • Serve as an expert on managed direct, programmatic and data revenue streams.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Develop strategic account plans and establish annual objectives.
  • Regularly meet with clients to assess satisfaction levels.
  • Collaborate with Sales to forecast revenue for key accounts.
  • Lead client business reviews and maintain client trust.
  • Enhance standard methodologies within Client Solutions.
  • Develop corrective action plans as needed.
  • Work in a flexible environment, either in-office or remotely.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Business or similar experience.
  • 5-7 years of client-facing experience in digital media.
  • Expertise in programmatic and omni-channel marketing.
  • Track record of growing accounts and understanding client objectives.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Experience in mentorship roles preferred.
  • Solid experience in Excel/Google Sheets and presentation software.
  • Familiarity with marketing-related analytics concepts.
  • Understanding of Contextual Advertising preferred.
