Overview

As a Key Account Team Lead, you will manage a team of account managers responsible for growing partnerships with large enterprise businesses, focusing on saving food and driving sustainability.

In Short

  • Lead the Account Management team for Key Accounts in Canada.

  • Responsible for pipeline, forecast, and overall results of the growth team.

  • Oversee hiring and training of the Growth Key Account Managers.
  • Drive accountability and ensure forecasting targets are met.
  • Utilize analytical skills to create performance reports and insights.
  • Foster a collaborative culture and mentor teams for peak performance.
  • Thrive in a new role with occasional ambiguity.

Requirements

  • Significant experience managing high-performing teams.
  • Experience with Salesforce or CRM preferred.
  • Detail-oriented professional with a collaborative attitude.
  • Data analysis skills for performance reporting.
  • Enthusiasm for sustainability and food waste reduction.
  • Experience with value-based selling preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Full professional proficiency in French and English is an asset.
