In Short

  • Fully remote position requiring proficiency in French and English.
  • Availability from Saturday to Wednesday, from 9 am to 5:30 pm.
  • Main point of contact for customers and partners.
  • Handle inquiries through email, chat, and phone.
  • Execute processes to encourage sustainable behavior.
  • Collaborate with other teams to enhance efficiency.
  • Work towards KPIs and performance targets.
  • Experience in customer service preferred.
  • Previous experience with CRMs like Zendesk and Salesforce is a plus.
  • Passion for sustainability and social impact.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Fluent in French and English; Italian is a plus.
  • Comfortable working towards KPIs.
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle repetitive tasks.
  • Team player with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in the food industry or marketplace is a plus.
