In Short

  • Join the Canada superstar team at Too Good To Go as a bilingual Customer Experience Specialist.
  • Provide outstanding customer support via email, chat, and phone.
  • Handle inquiries through various social media and review platforms.
  • Encourage sustainable behavior among customers and partners.
  • Work from Saturday to Wednesday, 9 am to 5:30 pm.
  • Collaborate with teams to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a contact or call center.
  • Fully proficient in English and Italian.
  • Based in Ontario.
  • Comfortable working towards KPIs and performance targets.
  • Experience with CRMs like Zendesk and Salesforce is a plus.
  • Team player with strong relationship-building skills.
